BioI am 31 years old and everything changed at 22 years old when I started to diet which then turned to exteme restricting. I was only 8 stone 10, gorgous and outgoing, didnt need to lose weight but it made me feel better as it does.
I now excercise daily and dont know for how long I can continue to run 8-10 mile a day. I binge alot now although I am beginning to control it, mostly it is dont eat or binge.
